DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS

Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act (“CalOPPA”), we want to inform you about our “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) request policy. Related Entities, Subsidiaries, and Affiliates

Exercising your rights under the California Privacy Laws

Unless otherwise required by law, MoneyMaya will allow two disclosure requests per 12-month period at no cost to you. For subsequent requests, we may charge a fee if we determine that the request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, but will not do so without providing you with a cost estimate before processing your request.

We respond to legitimate privacy requests within 10 days of receipt and process requests within 45 days unless there is cause for an extension. We will notify you with further information if any extension is necessary. Except with respect to requests to “opt-out” of the sale or sharing of personal information, all privacy requests are subject to proper prior verification before processing. Typically, this means you will be required to verify certain pieces of information we maintain about you, such as name, phone number, date of birth, transaction details, or other information. Requests involving a high risk to personal information may require completion of a Sworn Declaration.

If you are the authorized agent of an individual making a request, you may have to take additional steps to verify your identity and demonstrate that you can exercise the individual's rights on their behalf.

NOTICE REGARDING SALE, SHARING, OR TARGETED ADVERTISING

MoneyMaya does not “sell” personal information for monetary consideration. However, we may “share” certain identifiers, device information, and internet or other electronic network activity information to analytics, marketing, or advertising partners in ways that may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under certain privacy laws.

SMS PRIVACY POLICY

With your consent, we may send you SMS notifications and marketing messages to your mobile phone number, subject to our applicable Terms and Conditions. These text communications may be processed, monitored, or recorded by us and our service providers, and may include the use of automated technologies, including AI agents.

MoneyMaya respects your privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or other mobile-related information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data, consent records, and related SMS consent information will not be sold or shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide and support our text messaging services, including through service providers acting on our behalf. We will use your mobile phone number and the information you provide only for purposes related to the SMS program and the delivery and support of text message communications.

SMS communications may be sent, received, transmitted, monitored, or recorded by MoneyMaya and its service providers in connection with operating the SMS program.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may disclose information as necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to enforce our rights, to protect our property, to protect the safety of others, or to avoid liability.
